I think there should be dungeons where it is like a huge, but open, maze and there can be an enemy that lurks around the dungeon and if he get too close to you he would grab you and kill you. When he kills you you would spawn back at the entrance of the dungeon with all of your equipment as if it never happened.

good idea - that sounds like fun and I want to do more structures and more underground funny business.. running into an underground mine makes digging so much more exciting.
